Trumark WS-1 Slingshot

The Trumark WS-1 slingshot is their original model, made for about fifty years. After shooting their folding Trumark FS-1 slingshot for a few weeks I wanted to try this one.

It is even lighter in weight and simpler. It has a smaller vinyl wrap grip, and what appears to be one continuous aluminum tube for the frame.

It has what appears to be the same thick pad on the arm brace, even wider forks, or what I call the sight window. I haven't used all available tubes or bands, but I like the ones I've had from Trumark.

The WS-1 doesn't have the storage in the grip, the removable handle, or the folding feature, but I like handling and shooting this model.

In an attempt to find an easy way to carry it I added a quick-detachable keyring to the frame with some big rubber-bands. It's still cumbersome but I can clip it to a belt-loop for a hands free carry, and detach it in a second.
