We believe most hunters are still good, honest, authentic hunters.

Today's hunter is bombarded with offers of quick easy ways to spend his money to get a trophy. We hope to "buck this trend" by offering good, authentic hunting information: hunting whitetails, deer hunting tips, field dressing deer, and much more.

The main goal of many hunters is to collect trophy class animals.
Have we put too much emphasis on collecting a trophy?

We promote "Authentic Hunting".
Taking a trophy animal is only one measure of a hunter's ability.

High quality animals are scored; sometimes low quality "hunters" do little more than pull the trigger. Some "hunting" methods are less than sporting; it's a growing business. With money, "Authentic Hunting" may not be required.

Many good hunters have self-imposed hunting standards.
Some "hunters" only care about bagging a trophy in any way they can.
We need to compare their hunting, and not just the results.

Some great hunters, don't get much credit for their ability.
Together we will change that.

In other sports we admire the person who scores the points, but we also see how they play the game. Many voters (non-hunters) see the worst of hunting. We give more attention to those who play the hunting game well.
