Does someone guide you, or do 'you' hunt?
Are you a bow-hunter or a gun hunter...
Do you hunt on the ground or from an elevated position...

These are some indicators of a hunter's skill level.

Never having any success is not fun!
But if hunting is too easy, it is little more than killing!

Trophy hunters are sometimes looking for a challenge.
Trophy animals are: older, wiser, and harder to take.
Authentic hunting of any mature deer can be a challenge.
